The Owner/Developer and the Contractor shall observe and comply with Federal, State
and local laws, ordinances and regulations, which in any manner affect the Work. The
Owner/Developer and the Contractor shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City
and its respective officers, agents and employees from and against all damages, claims,
losses, demands, suits, judgments and costs, including reasonable attorneys fees and
expenses, arising from the violation of any such laws, ordinances and regulations
whether effected by the Owner/Developer, the Contractor or their employees.
