If cuts are made in the streets after the curb and gutter or final base lift is in
place, the repairs shall be made in accordance with Section 5 of the Utility Criteria
Manual, "Cuts in Public Rights-of-Way". Once a street has been paved, no cuts will
be allowed. The Inspector shall be notified a minimum of 24 hours prior to repairs
being undertaken. Repairs made without proper notification of the Inspector shall
be unacceptable and subject to removal and replacement.
