After the Letter of Conditional or Final Acceptance of the completed Work, including
street and drainage work, is issued, the completed Work will be monitored by the Inspector.
If failures, defects and/or damage appear in the Work, the Owner/Developer or the
Contractor will be notified of the need for corrective action as required in Sections 1804S.2 and 1806S.4. Upon completion of one year warranty period for defective work caused by the development
of the property with no outstanding warranty claims, the Owner/Developer or the Contractor
and their bonding company will be provided a Letter of Bond Release by the City of
Austin.
