§ 1807S.3. Severability


Latest version.
  • If any word, phrase, clause, sentence or provision of the Contract Documents, or the application of same to any person or set of circumstances is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, invalid or unenforceable, that finding shall only effect such word, phrase, clause, sentence or provision and such finding shall not effect the remaining provisions of the Contract Documents; this being the intent of the parties in entering into the Contract; and all provisions of the Contract Documents are declared to be severable for this purpose.
