A.
A network provider shall post its name, location identifying information, and emergency telephone number in an area on the network node, aerial equipment, manholes and fiber that is visible to the public but that shall not exceed 4" x 6", unless otherwise required by law (e.g. RF ground notification signs) or the director.
B.
A network provider shall not post any other signage or advertising in the public right-of-way.
