§ 1.1.3. Reference Standards

The most current version of the references in APPENDIX I may be used along with engineering judgment to justify waivers from the criteria outlined below in support of the Vision and Goals of the Transportation Criteria Manual. Inconsistencies between references shall be resolved by the City Traffic Engineer for all aspects related to transportation operations including but not limited to vertical and horizontal alignment or the Public Works Director for all other aspects.
