Appendix B. PERMANENT PAVEMENT REPAIR FEES

Note that these fees are adopted annually by City Council Ordinance while adopting the budget of the City of Austin. A copy of the current fees in effect may be obtained from the Cut Permit Clerk.

PERMANENT PAVEMENT AND PAVEMENT REPAIRS FEES, FY 1991-1992

A.	Asphalt Pavement	$250 per cut minimum
	10 SY or less	$250 per cut plus $8.50/SY for each additional square yard over 10 square yards.
B.	Concrete Pavement
	10 SY or less	$250 per cut minimum
	Over 10 SY	$250 per cut plus $20/SY for each additional square yard over 10 square yards.
C.	Asphalt Surface Over Concrete
	10 SY or less	$300 per cut minimum
	Over 10 SY	$300 per cut plus $25/SY for additional square yards over 10 square yards
D.	Sawing Asphalt
	40 LF or less	$25 minimum
	Over 40 LF	$25 plus $.25 for each additional linear foot over 40 linear feet
E.	Sawing Concrete
	40 LF or less	$50 minimum
	Over LF less	$50 plus $.50 for each additional linear foot over 40 linear feet
F.	Temporary Repairs
	10 SY or less	$150 per cut plus $5/SY for each additional square yard over 10 square yards.
G.	Miscellaneous Items
	Minimum of $200 per item per location for:
	Concrete Curb and Gutter/2 l.f. or less	$7.50 per linear foot over minimum
	Concrete Driveways/25 s.f. or less	$7.50 per square foot over minimum
	Concrete Sidewalks and Ramps/25	$7.50 per square foot s.f. or less over minimum

 

RIGHT-OF-WAY OCCUPANCY AND/OR CLOSURE FEES, FY 1991-1992
