§ 13.1.2. Dimensions

Intent: Plazas should be sized and configured to facilitate and accommodate a range of activities that will activate the plaza throughout the day.

b.

To ensure spaces of adequate size are provided to serve the public and accommodate the required amenities described herein, the minimum area for public plazas is 1,200 square feet or 10% of the project site, whichever is greater; and

c.

No dimension of any portion of the plaza shall be less than 15 feet.
