Attached as APPENDIX A is the YSO Athletic Field Use Agreement for Public Fields. Pursuant to City Code Section 8-1-83, this agreement must be used to participate in the YSO program on a public field.
B.
Attached as APPENDIX B is the YSO Youth Sports Services Agreement for Private Fields. Pursuant to City Code Section 8-1-84, this agreement must be used to participate in the YSO program on a private field
