§ 14.2.5. Residency of youth served by YSO

A.

A youth participant is considered an Austin resident if:

1.

A parent or guardian has a permanent residential address within the city limits of the City of Austin, as evidenced by a recent utility bill or other documentation deemed sufficient by PARD; or

2.

A parent or guardian is the owner of a business within the city limits of the City of Austin, as evidenced by a tax assessment or other documentation deemed sufficient by PARD.

B.

Not less than 75% of YSO youth participants must be Austin residents.
