§ 1.2.7. Building Permit - New Buildings and Additions, Submittal Requirements

1)
No application for building permit shall be accepted unless a site plan drawn to scale is attached or a site plan exemption request has been filed.
2)
All applications for building permits from the City shall include two copies of a site plan, drawn to scale, showing the actual dimensions of the lot to be built upon, the location and size of the proposed building, the location of proposed accessory buildings all in relation to lot lines and parking, landscaping driveway locations, and drainage features. A complete and accurate record of such applications and plats shall be retained by the City.
