§ 1.15.0. TEMPORARY TENT PERMIT

A temporary permit is required to erect a tent or air-supported structure covering an area is excess of 200 square feet unless such structure is used exclusively for camping.

a)

Submittal Requirements.

i)

A site plan, indicating location of the tent or tents on the property in relation to other buildings, tents and parking lots; and

ii)

Identifying and indicating any temporary utilities that are required, water, electrical, etc., separate permits will be required; and

iii)

An affidavit or affirmation shall be retained at the premises on which the tent or air supported structure is located, attesting that the flame retardant treatment of the fabrics complies with the Building Code and Fire Code.
