§ 1.16.0. TEMPORARY UTILITIES

1)
Wastewater, reclaim water, and potable water releases must be reflected in official City records.
a)
If inspections are required by Fire, Health or Landscape, approval from all affected departments shall be attained.
b)
All permit fees on shell and lease space permits must be paid.
c)
On tenant finish outs, the shell permit must have received a temporary certificate of occupancy compliance
2)
The Supervisor of Electrical Inspection, or their designee, shall verify compliance in the case of requests for electrical service and shall authorize release of temporary electrical power when compliance is achieved.
3)
The Supervisor of Plumbing/Mechanical Inspection, or their designee, shall verify compliance with gas test requirements and release the gas utility to the gas company.
