§ 4.5.4. Subdivision Requirements:  


Latest version.
  • a)

    Must not be subject to Subchapter F.

    b)

    Proposed uses must be single-family or two-family residential use.

    c)

    Lots must not require a variance or waiver to any zoning or criteria manual requirement.

    d)

    All developable lots must front a paved street.

    e)

    Must have access to water/wastewater service and may not have a septic connection.

    f)

    Lots must not require a land status determination.
