§ 11-1-66. COMPLETION OF RESTORATION.

(A)

Except as provided in Subsection (B), all restoration must be completed and a certificate of occupancy must be obtained for the property within two years after the date of the certificate of eligibility.

(B)

The deadline for completion of restoration may be extended by the Landmark Commission for additional periods of up to one year each.

(C)

The certificate of eligibility expires automatically if restoration is not completed within the period prescribed by this section.
