§ 12-5-3. COMPLIANCE WITH PARKING SPACE MARKINGS.

(A)

If a parking space limit line is delineated on a street or parking lot owned or maintained by the City, a person:

(1)

may not park a vehicle on or across the line; and

(2)

shall park a vehicle entirely within the delineated area.

(B)

A person may not park a vehicle in a driveway of a parking lot owned or maintained by the City.
