§ 12-5-4. PARKING TO SELL, WASH, OR REPAIR A VEHICLE PROHIBITED.

(A)

This section applies to a public street, park, playground, golf course, or athletic field.

(B)

A person may not stand or park a vehicle to display it for sale.

(C)

A person may not:

(1)

wash a vehicle; or

(2)

service or repair a vehicle, except for an emergency repair.
