§ 13-1-187. NOISE ASSESSMENT GUIDELINES.

(A)

This section does not apply to a hospital heliport.

(B)

To the extent made applicable by this article, a heli-facility shall comply with the guidelines in FAA Advisory Circular 150/5020-1 (Noise Control and Compatibility Planning for Airports).
