§ 13-1-188. INSPECTION AUTHORIZED.

(A)

The owner or operator of a heli-facility shall permit access to the facility on demand for periodic inspection by city personnel, including fire department personnel.

(B)

The chief of the fire department shall conduct a periodic inspection of each heli-facility and submit a copy of an inspection report to the director and the owner for review and, if necessary, appropriate action.
