§ 13-2-231. SHUTTLE SERVICE DESCRIBED.

(A)

Shuttle service consists of scheduled routes and stops pre-approved by the department.

(B)

Section 13-2-192 ( No Solicitation for Immediate Hire ) does not apply to shuttle service.
