§ 14-1-2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

(A)

A person may voluntarily dedicate property or an easement to the City in accordance with this article.

(B)

The city manager may accept property dedicated for a limited use or in fee simple as required by the intended use. The city manager may not accept a dedication containing a restriction that effectively reduces public use of the dedicated property.
