§ 15-10-53. PERMIT REQUIRED.

(A)

A person must obtain a permit from the director before discharging wastewater containing prohibited waste to the POTW.

(B)

A person shall not discharge wastewater from a pretreatment facility except as allowed by a permit issued by the director.

(C)

The director may set permit pretreatment standards more stringent than those contained in this chapter, local, state, or federal regulation, if the director determines that the standards are necessary to protect the POTW.
