§ 15-4-71. CLOSING ARGUMENTS; CLOSING HEARING.

At the close of the evidence in the hearing, the hearings examiner may hear and consider the oral or written argument of the parties at interest. At the conclusion of closing arguments, the hearings examiner shall close the hearing.
