§ 15-5-1. APPLICABILITY.

Latest version.

This article applies to a structure that discharges sewage into an on-site sewage facility within:
(1)

the full purpose boundaries of the City; and

(2)

an area annexed in the limited purpose boundaries of the City where the City's health and safety ordinances apply.
