§ 15-6-72. REQUIREMENTS.

(A)

To be approved as a public trash receptacle, a receptacle must:

(1)

be attractive in appearance;

(2)

be reasonably safe for public use; and

(3)

comply with rules adopted under this article.

(B)

A person may not use a public trash receptacle for advertising purposes. A person who sponsors a public trash receptacle may display the sponsor's name on the receptacle in accordance with rules adopted under this article.
