§ 15-6-73. DONATION.

(A)

A person may donate a public trash receptacle to the City.

(B)

The donor may request the department to place the donor's name on the receptacle. The department shall place the donor's name on the receptacle in accordance with rules adopted under this article.

(C)

The department may remove a donated receptacle at any time. The department shall give the donor an opportunity to relocate a removed receptacle to another location.
