§ 25-9-151. REVIEW OF A PETITION.

Latest version.

(A)

The City shall review a petition filed with the City for the City's consent to:

(1)

the creation of a water district; or

(2)

the annexation of territory to a water district.

(B)

The review by the City of the petition must comply with this division.
