Sections 2-5-12 ( Format of Proposed Ordinances ), 2-5-14 ( Engrossed Ordinance; Attesting and Filing ), and 2-5-15 ( Codification Requirements ) are directory only and a violation of any of these sections shall not affect the validity or legality of any council action otherwise properly adopted.
