§ 6-1-12. SALE OF REFRIGERANTS.

A person may not knowingly or intentionally sell or offer to sell a Class I or Class II substance or other refrigerant, including R-11, R-12, R-22, R-500, and R-502, unless the purchaser is licensed by the State of Texas in accordance with Chapter 1302 ( Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor License Law ) of the Texas Occupations Code.
