§ 6-1-13. FOAMS.

(A)

A person may not knowingly or intentionally manufacture flexible foam using a Class I substance.

(B)

A person engaged in a construction, manufacturing, or packaging business may not knowingly or intentionally use a flexible foam produced by use of a Class I substance.
