§ 25-2-759. STREET WALL AREA OCCUPANT SPACE.

(A)

At least 42 percent of the street wall area of a building must contain occupant space.

(B)

If a building has street wall areas on more than one street, at least 70 percent of the required occupant space must be on a street that runs east and west.

(C)

This section does not apply to a commercial off-street parking structure.
