§ 30-5-365. INTERBASIN DIVERSION.

(A)

Development may not divert stormwater from one watershed to another, except as authorized by this Section.

(B)

A proposed diversion of less than 20% of the site based on gross site area or less than 1 acre, whichever is smaller, may be allowed if the applicant demonstrates that:

(1)

existing drainage patterns are maintained to the extent feasible; and

(2)

there are no adverse environmental or drainage impacts.
