Shop drawings identifying proposed jacking or boring method complete in assembled position

B.

Trench Safety Plan including pits, trenches and sheeting or bracing if necessary,

C.

Design for jacking or boring head,

D.

Installation of jacking or boring supports or back stop,

E.

Arrangement and position of jacks and pipe guides, and

F.
