§ 12.2.13. Removal or Relocation by Network Provider

A.
If the network provider removes or relocates a network node at its own discretion, it shall notify the director in writing not less than 10 business days prior to removal or relocation. The network provider shall obtain all permits required for relocation or removal of its network node prior to relocation or removal.
B.
A network provider's removal or relocation does not entitle the network provider to fee or rate refunds for network nodes that have been removed or relocated.
