§ 11-1-68. REVIEW BY DIRECTOR; CRITERIA.

(A)

The director shall inspect the property to verify compliance with the requirements of this article.

(B)

The director shall issue a letter of verification only if no property taxes or City fees, fines, or penalties are delinquent on the property, and the property complies with all applicable City Code provisions.
