§ 12-4-2. ENGINEERING AND TRAFFIC INVESTIGATION.

The council determines and declares that, based upon an engineering and traffic investigation and in accordance with Section 545.356 ( Authority of Municipality to Alter Speed Limits ) of the Texas Transportation Code, the speed limits prescribed by this chapter are lawful unless an increased or reduced speed is necessary for safe operation or in compliance with law.
