§ 6-5-64. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY ILLEGAL DISCHARGE.

A person is liable to the City for the damage to or repair cost of a storm sewer or watercourse if the person:
(1)

discharges or allows the discharge of waste that does not comply with this article to a storm sewer or watercourse; and

(2)

the waste causes damage to or blocks or restricts the flow of a storm sewer or watercourse.
