A. A network provider must obtain right-of-way permits by submitting an application in a form to be determined by the director for excavation and facility installation and coordinate installation with utilities. B. A network provider must submit an application to the Development Services Department in a form to be determined by the director and obtain a permit to construct transport facilities in the public right-of-way. |
